Norwich and Bournemouth are miles ahead.

The Watford and Stoke games were more a realistic gauge of our chances. They will be playoff rivals.

We got 6 points in those games both games away.

One dimensional drivel. Don’t blame the players they are playing to a method, Feel sorry for Wilson and Glatzel frustration of Some other players starting to show even when we’ve won.The owners need to show some balls and make difficult decisions now.

This is a rebuild and you can't rebuild over the winter transfer window.

We don't have a long term strategy. First thing we do need is a general manager like in american sport they are more powerful than DoF's. They work for the owner and hire the coach and players. They hire and fire coaches, so at least we recruit to a philosophy.

Our fans are too impatient for a rebuild.

I think our fans would be patient for a rebuild if the club hired the right manager & coaches and came out with a well thought out plan that most fans and more importantly players were able to buy into. It would give more purpose and togetherness.

Tan has kept us afloat for a number of years - I dont think we can expect cash being thrown around in January

My opinion need to start with a manager who plays players to the strengths - Wilson is non existent out wide

Like Trollope had. 8 games wasn’t it?

Re: OVER TO YOU MR TAN

The team does need investment but the first step is a real football manager with premier league experience. No point buying players with the existing setup.

We are not using our talented player (Wilson) properly so why buy more? During the latter part of this season start the search for the manager for next year and then bring them in at the end of this season giving them a full pre-season to watch the films and decide which players they want and which they do not want.

Yes if Tan keeps Neil Harris in January then of course he has to fully back his manger :thumbright: :bluebird:

Norwich are not a multi million pound team but play with style and it showed with there movement etc we had vaulks in midfield seen more movement in a scarecrow on a calm day
pac plays more passes back than forward i am sure he drives un reverse
and ralls is getting worse like a headless chicken
would be nice to have a gunnarson in our ranks
we will be getting another lesson in movement shortly brentford.

They are a multi million pound team.

They have at least four players worth more than 15 million pounds.

I lost patience in Ralls some time ago and the same with Bennett and (sadly) Hoilett

This team needs a 'shake up' and they can still do the Play Offs with a couple of smart additions

As for the manager?

Jury still out of that one but 5 out of 7 (some against tough teams like Watford) affords him some leeway, although my personal opinion is he will always fall somewhat short due to he apparent lack of foresight and flexibility of formation

He did invest and still does although a lot less we had our chance of big investment but we didn’t like the conditions which meant playing in red. Some off us openly said rather be blue in league 2 than red anywhere. We had our chance and we blew it. Even after that one misstep by tan he’s is by far and away our best owner.

SVEN
Agree with bennet has had no competition for his place i thought bagan was tidy in his place but as soon as bennet was fit arris dropped bagan
also we could get top 6 if moore was still playing and tomlin was back but not with what we have now murphys gone awol
holliet is not going to tear defences apart any longer
and the big question is arris
i am afraid he is not the answer to any thought s of promotion a diffetent style of play but to be fair to him he does not have the players to play a new style he did try and we kept loosing so he has reverted back to a warnock style of play which suits the players we have
and i ask myself "if" we ever had a big named foreign manager how many players would he keep in this squad not many if any
so i think we need a big rebuild but also need a plan from above
but during a pandemic i cannot see much happening unfortunatly.

Re: OVER TO YOU MR TAN

Unless Tan is willing to invest when we get promoted then it's a pointless pursuit. Twice we have been in the Prem and lack of investment/commitment has made us whipping boys, sending us straight back down. IMO we need new owners with a long term plan. Thankyou Tan for your investment and time but if there's a genuine interested buyer with a solid plan to go forward, please sell up.

Whilst i dont think tan is very football savvy,he has been here long enough to have learned something, about football, and its fans? Especially sfter the red debacle!
