Does anyone slight regret that Wilson is at Cardiff? We’ve got some serious games coming up next year where we could again make Welsh history.

Wilson let’s face it hasn’t developed this season. Yes he scored on Wednesday. But as a Wales fan (and obviously City) Wilson is the kind of player we need continuously improving. Say if Moore gets injured, Bale can’t do 60 plus minutes, Rambo is injured, who’s going to score the goals.

What confidence is Wilson going to take from Cardiff?

Just saying, if he were to get poached in January I wouldn’t be to disheartened.

Brooks, James, Lawrence, Roberts.

I think Brooks and James are first choice and Wilson sub.

He can’t get poached in January.

A season at Brentford or Norwich is hardly going to make him Messi or Ronaldo. He’s 24 in a couple months, he’s not exactly some teenager with a lot left to learn.

To be honest if it meant him staying fit to play for us I'd prefer him not to play for Wales again all season.

I’m paraphrasing what Danny Gabbidon said. Then again, you’d know best. I mean when you go to about 4 games a year your bound to know a lot.
