NEW 10 Subs rule in FA Cup

Apparently there will be changes to the subs rule in this years FA Cup.

Teams can now make up to 10 subs during the game.

Maybe Benkovic may actually see some game time

The report says "under exceptional circumstances" that include head injuries (good news) but overall it's not a good idea IMHO

Premier league clubs have voted to keep 3 subs much to the annoyance of top 6 teams! It was bottom 14 clubs voted against 5 subs...
