This is exactly the trend in results we need to see to make significant progress towards the promotion positions in the division. We have shown positive progress in terms of results over a sustained period. That is what Championship football is all about. Gain results and points regardless of form and performance.

The result against Swansea Town was very disappointing but it occurred in the midst of a hectic and exhausting schedule of games. It would have been nice to gain points from the fixture and see a more positive performance. However, the significance of the result is limited due to our excellent points haul in recent weeks.

They took 4 points off us last season but we still finished above them.

Hopefully. We can maintain this momentum until January and bring in reinforcements in midfield. I am concerned about our defensive lapses but I was impressed with Glatzel’s work rate and the growing influence of Wilson.

Yes good squad and we were lucky but a great win it was against the run of play, hopefully do the same against Norwich

5 out of 6 wins doesn’t tell the full story as we have not dominated many games this season by outplaying the opposition.
You can’t argue with the win at Watford etc so let’s see what happens when we start playing well ...
15 out of 18 was beyond everyone’s expectations after the Cov game so they do deserve a lot of credit for the turnaround.

Luckily he’s not a ghost when it comes to paying the bills. Hence the lack of court appearances that became the norm for us.
