I’ve never known a manager to constantly stick with the same shit defence!! It’s unheard of!!

Bennett has been awful this season

Terrible shit football once again!

How he can not play benkovic is absolutely beyond me and every cardiff fan!

Harris needs to come out and tell us why Benkovic is not playing. Regardless of tonight’s result he could have dropped any 3 out of 4 of our defence after Saturday. Nelson out done again tonight on th e first goal and Bennett piss poor again.

This terrible defence is joint 7th on goals conceded (higher than our actual league position) and have shipped the same amount of goals as top of the table Norwich, 18 goals in 19 games, so less than a goal per game. This suggests that, as a team, we have been better as a defensive unit than we have an attacking one.

Individual errors happen at all levels of football. Whilst some of the goals have been borderline embarrassing and I agree squad rotation is needed (based on fatigue and last two performances levels), I don’t buy into this myth that our defence is bad. I would be more concerned if we had conceded the same amount as the teams currently loitering around the relegation zone, which would also give substance to such negative claims regarding our defence.

This feat is more impressive considering we’ve been playing a central midfielder in the right full-back position.
