Do you reckon he'd bring Big Ken back with him?

Ridiculous decision.
They have a squad full of Championship players so were bound to struggle.
The only person who can save them is Big Sam, but he doesn't come cheap these days.

I hope West Brom get relegated, how is Sam Alladyce going to improve them, going down with SU.

I have to say I feel for Slaven Billic, a man who reshaped West Bromwich Albion into a Championship force and got them into the Premier League
How things like that are so quickly forgotten after being given a relatively paltry c.£20m to spend on new players for the season is difficult to understand but is sadly part and parcel of modern football
West Brom supporters were saying early into pre-season that their Board had already earmarked their Premier League money and the subsequent 'Parachute' payments before it had been received; so it doesn't seem much like a Board who had any real expectation or ambition to remain in said Premier League, does it?
It's a difficult task to remain in the Premier League and Slaven Bilic (with a good result v Man City last night) wasn't too far from the safety zone
I'm sure he will bounce back and I can think of one club that might just appreciate his expertise...

Unfortunately not for me he had spent a shed load of money there.
If Harris went I’d want someone who has passion and understands the Club and supporters although I’m not sure it would work and that is Bellamy. Also I’d get Osian Roberts in his team. Wouldn’t be lacking for passion with them two.

Karl, £20m in the Premier League is peanuts but maybe (I genuinely don't know) he had it to spend in the Championship?
Agree with the Bellamy comment; he has long been my choice to take over with a decent team around him and that could include Osian Roberts or someone of his ilk to lead/guide/mentor

Chris, just my thoughts I know Bellamy would want a war chest but we’ve tried with these other managers and only a couple understand the club and supporters. We are quite knowledgeable fans and understand what’s expected and needed.
At least with them in tow they’d get access to more Welsh players in and around the Wales squad. Cooper at Swansea has great contacts and I’m sorry to say he’s doing a grand job.
Like I said Harris’s inexperience is letting him down and only by being forced to change tack will save him.
Why oh why is Bacuna playing right back, he’s all over the pitch sometimes in the box, that’s the midfielder in him. Get Nelson to right back and Bekovic in alongside Morrison it’s obvious to us all.
Anyway his team tonight will tell us more even though he’s been forced to make at least 2 changes.

I did say other week he would free this week and be sacked good manager in my eye if we decided we are changing he'd be a good choice
to get away from British managers
but the team we have at present would not suit him so don' t now whether the board are going to shake things up .

I for one do not miss the promised land. Just rips a club apart, its a ruthless league. I guess I lack ambition.

Because Big Sam has managed 7 clubs in Premier League and never been relegated, if we’d have sacked Warnock and appointed Sam we would be still in Premier League!

Followed soon by a Championship manager hopefully
