I see he is training now getting himself fit. Im guessing the issue he was kicked out for has been nullified as its all gone very quiet - so why cant we get him back…?

My god were missing him and his dynamic style, to actually run at opposition and take people on. changes a game, unlike our dog-shyte style now of lateral passing and hoofing.

There hasn't been any further action against him, yet. But nor has there been any action against the club for wrongful dismissal, etc.

The likelihood is that we'll never see NML in a City shirt again and the details will come out in the future.

At his best he would be missed but I'm not sure he ever had a spell of 4-5 games on the spin where he was "our best winger". He was certainly a valuable member of the squad that I'd rather have in the squad than out. He had a lot of injuries and rarely sustained his top levels for long,

He had more than 4 or 5 games where he was outstanding at start of our promotion season. And the injury he sustained at the start of the following season may well have cost us our place in the Premier League because we hardly picked up any points in our first 8 games. When he did back to full fitness he was looking every inch a Premier League player, dumping Alexander Arnold - or was it Robertson - on his backside and starring in our win at Old Trafford. Compared to Murphy he was Mr. Consistent.
