Cardiff Shirt - Help

Evening, Hoping someone maybe able to help. I am struggling to find the details (year etc) of the following Cardiff City shirt which I have come across. I can find nothing on any google search or the usual websites. Could this be a one off shirt / third strip ? Any help would greatly appreciated. All the best.

I’ve followed city since 1977 and can honestly say I’ve never seen that one.

Lotto and sponsor indicates 1996, but like the previous poster, never ever seen this.

In fact if we had have had this as a second or third kit, it wouldn't have been bad!!

Appreciate the reply. It’s really strange as the shirt appears to be legit - Club badge And the lotto badge further down are as you would expect them to be on a shirt. It’s part of some stock that has been bought and it’s the only shirt that we can’t quite pin down. If nobody else’s knows, it might have to be put down as some kind of Prototype.

As someone has said the sponsor and manufacturer suggests 1996-97. However the badge is wrong and we had nothing like that after the 1960's.

I'm wondering if it is a prototype put together by lotto in an attempt to get the kit contract in the mid to late 90's.
