Why are we always playing the blame game? Its Brexits fault...... it's the Welsh governments fault.

Dont let the company get away with it. We have an owner who said that he would build this vehicle in South Wales and this was positive for the UK as we leave Europe. He has then done a complete upturn. As per he also lives in Monaco so as to not pay tax.

Yes your right we should not play the blame game,but businesses want incentives to stay or go somewhere else , remember the Welsh development agency gave money to Panasonic etc to come here when the incentives ran out these companies left, unfortunately it's like a sort of bribery but that's how it works.

i did not vote... but the clear and obvious lies and B/S was both sides and constant...

let’s not mess about and claim that both sides were equally dishonest. im strongly against Brexit but not only have we lost the referendum, the European and general elections since have shown that for whatever reason the public at large wants it.

at this point it should be about getting as good a deal as possible (ideally with a nice and easy back door route back in )

Lot's of huge businesses have already moved to Ireland and the cotenant and lots of skilled brits have already jumped ship for a better lifestyle and working opertunities (including myself). The UK is unfortunately a sinking ship and in the hands of the Tories life is only going to get worse for your average, working class Brit as they keep being told they have to make sacrifices to keep the country afloat. Unbelievable.

France in particular are not adverse to bending rules on inducements to encourage buisnesses even though they're illegal under EU law? If uk did same EU be down on us like ton bricks and stop us going it

Lot's of huge businesses have already moved to Ireland and the cotenant and lots of skilled brits have already jumped ship for a better lifestyle and working opertunities (including myself). The UK is unfortunately a sinking ship and in the hands of the Tories life is only going to get worse for your average, working class Brit as they keep being told they have to make sacrifices to keep the country afloat. Unbelievable.

In the past 2.5 years I've had one friend move to Norway, one move to Dublin and a cousin making plans to permanently move to Australia when Covid calms down a bit. I've also been looking at jobs outside of the UK as it's become increasingly clear for my field that overseas has more opportunities, better pay and better hours. All 4 of us are in our 20's.
With the apathy towards students and the younger generations from the current government and the anti-Brexit mindset that is much more prevalent in younger age groups I believe the UK risks an exodus of skilled younger workers if Brexit doesn't provide the benefits that have been promised.

It’s always been the case that better jobs can be found overseas as other countries develop. Did it myself.. See a lot of Expats slagging off the UK, including my brother. I say to him ‘ hand in your passport when you’re boarding the plane’. Hasn’t happened yet tho..

You think Labour are the party of the working class, you been in a coma fo 20 years.
The sinking ship is the EU, the slowest growing trading block in the World. Struggling to get this the EU is wonderful, economies have flatlined in it with only Germany and Netherlands benefitting from joining the Euro, their (Merkel’s) immigration policy is a disaster and the CAP hasn’t worked since it’s inception.
