would favour O'Neill... best avail candidate but doubt he'd take the job...
Coleman or Rush for me, maybe with Giggs as team-manager or similar to Klinsmann in the german setup in 2006. Löw was the main guy behind the scenes (tactics etc) but Klinsmann the motivator who'd get everything out of the players...

Giggs part time until the end of the season (then he finishes with manu) with Saunders and Flynn helping out (Flynn also U21). Giggs would also appoint a coach to replace Roy evans and be his number 2
