Agree I was starting to doubt him but last 3 games the players have seemed to come together

He put all the pressure on himself by insisting on keeping a line up and formation that the team were not comfortable with. Since he has changed that we have been flying. He did it against Barnsley and we won 3-0 but reverted back and we lost again.

The squad has always been good enough but is the manager and is he man enough to put his hands up and admit he got it wrong in the first 12 games

totally agree...... all for giving credit but not only were we down right awful but he was insisting the opposite.... just hope he doesnt start second guessing himself again...

We can do no more than what we have done. It is quite a remarkable feat however bearing in mind where we were.

We have beaten a top side away, and demolished two decent enough mid table sides at home. So when people say we can only beat who is in front of us, we've got to put that into perspective, and see exactly who we have sent packing!

Let's not make December the highlight of the season, let's make it the turning point.
