I think the council missed a good opportunity to brighten these dark times for tje little ones.am I mad,? I dont think so.

Cloud cookoo land if think ccc will do anything for their citizens other that attack motorists! But yes would have been nice for vendors to give a little without ripping off people, suspect it wasn't council but private vendors selling refreshments ect so nothing unusual about prices, admission is councils responsibility so could have had minimal price to cheer people up..

Surely the vendor have to make a profit and why should Cardiff Council pay for people outside Cardiff area
