I missed the Luton game so this was the first time I've got to see him properly and what a breath of fresh air. There were better performer's on the night granted but he set the tone right from the off.
He was playing close to Moore and further forward all game which gives Moore 2 options either to flick the ball on for Harris or hold up the ball which in the past all Moore could do is hold the ball up as no one was there for the flick ons.
He ran in behind the defence a few times aswell last night which we have not done all season and that's what causes chaos for defensive formations.
He worked tirelessly off the ball, made clever runs and looked very composed and confident on the ball I think he only gave the ball away once in the whole game.
I also believe the likes of Glatzel, Hoilett and Murphy have seen what he's doing and realised that's what they should be doing as they all made a decent impact when coming on, definitely the kick up the arse they needed.
I'm not one to over hype a player especially after only 2 games but I think we may have a gem here. I think he is the perfect foil for Moore let Harris do all the donkey work and let Moore concentrate on getting in the box and on the end of crosses instead of running down blind channels when it's him we need in the box on the end of things.
Has to be Moore and Harris upfront for me from now on and great to see a little and large combo upfront. Earnshaw and Thorne,Chopra and Bothroyd can Harris and Moore become our next deadly duo?
