Great to see one of our young players come in and do well, a real strikers goal too. Well done Mark, and let's hope NH doesn't drop him to the bench for Tuesday, the lad is buzzing and can't wait for the next game.

I agree, about time, a pity that Harris was under so much pressure he was virtually forced to start Mark Harris, after being our manager for over a year.

lets start Harris again
Glatzel no thanks, had his chances.

He deserved it. I'd heard a fair amount of hype, but had never had a proper opportunity to see him myself.
He was confident, positive and direct. Every time he got the ball he looked dangerous and to move the ball forward. Long may it continue. It's refreshing to see another academy player come in and do well this season, along with Joel Bagan.
Definitely deserves a starting place in our next game.

I think that no fans attending games may reduce the pressure and help ease the transition for youngsters into the first team, based on what I’ve seen this season. A great performance from Mark and his goal aside, he was a pleasure to watch.
Must start the next game, even if he doesn’t last the full 90-minutes.

I have seen him play a few times for the U23's. He is a positive direct player. He also takes a wicked penalty.

I agree mate I think for the youngsters having no fans will help ease the pressure on them. Mind you I thought that might happen with Murphy too this year and that hasn’t worked out as well

Confidence breeds confidence , he'll be on cloud 9 after that start. And he'll be keen as to go again on tuesday. Time to let lose some of the kids we have, who will now all want to emulate Harris

I thought the same regarding Murphy as he appears to be a confidence player.

He has to play after that performance.
Anyone else think it was weird, what with the pressure Harris was under that he chose to play Mark Harris? I was shocked when I saw and thought that he had lost his mind.
Balls of steel.
