' Jay Bothroyd weighs in '

Jay Bothroyd weighs in with his view...

If the manager is changed, it has to be Bellas, he’s worked with some of the best managers in the world he has so much playing experience and he has so much passion for the club and that will filter down to the players!

Wouldn't disagree with that...

Bellers my first choice with someone he can trust alongside him and Sol Bamba stepping up to a coaching role

This season, what do we really have to lose...and it could pay dividends? :ayatollah:

It may be a little too soon after he left the club.

There would inevitably be an absolute shitstorm from the media if Bellamy was to be appointed and it would be a case of whether the club would be willing to come under attack from the media and be painted in a bad light which I'm sure would happen.

The media especially the mainstream media (and Wales on Sunday) like nothing better than giving the club a kicking whether deserved or not and if they were to appoint Bellamy the bullying allegations which led to his leaving in the first place would almost certainly be used as another reason to drag the club through the mud.

That's a good call Chris and Bellers I now feel with a point to prove too.

The suggestion of Craig Bellamy makes a lot more sense than Sol Bamba.

At least Bellamy has coaching experience, both with Cardiff City and with Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht.

He's currently the manager of Anderlecht's development team.

Paul, there is someone on here who speaks to him regularly and is incredibly impressed by what he has to say. So many City supporters have called for it and now would be a perfect opportunity to see how it might pan out

This club isn't going down this season but currently it isn't going to push for promotion either, which will afford any new manager a little leeway and the opportunity to show what they can do going forward

Go get him and let's find out once and for all...! :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

All the talk of home grown talent. Get Bellamy in.

Bellamy would not be a ‘yes’ man, that is for sure.

Have you not heard? You're not allowed to call a manager a yes man, it's offensive

And if Bellers turns us down we should go for Vinnie Jones next going on some of the criteria I'm reading. i mean he is Welsh isn't he ;) .
