Without looking this up on Google, I do remember around 1993, we went on a 9 game winning streak. I cant remember all the games, I think I got some, but can anyone remember all 9, and who stopped us getting a record 10th successive win.
If my memory serves, and correct me if I'm wrong, we beat Hereford, Halifax, Darlington, Carlisle, Lincoln... and there my memory fades. I think it was Crewe that halted our run to a new club record...
Without looking, who has a better memory than me?

im sure that run in 93 was unbeaten..not a run of straight wins...
LL went unbeaten in his first season , took over with 13 to go and had 10 wins, 3 draws ...plus we won the first 2 the following season... where is Lennie these days

Hmm.... Interesting, so I looked it up!
It was or appeared to be an 8 game winning streak where we beat;
Hereford HOME 2-1
Carlisle AWAY 2-1
Gillingham AWAY 1-0
Halifax AWAY 1-0
Walsall HOME 2-1
Darlington AWAY 2-0
Torquay HOME 4-0
Northampton AWAY 2-1
We then drew with Crewe, before going on another 4 game winning run against Rochdale, Scarborough, Chesterfield and Colchester.
That's 37 out of a possible 39 points. Unbelievable form, probably the best form I have ever witnessed as a City fan.
The Lennie Lawrence occasion was played13, won 10, drawn 3 Lost 0 or 33 pts from 39. Again Unbelievable!

I'm sure the year we went up under Warnock we went unbeaten in 8 games.
As well as winning 5 in a row and drawing the next against Fulham the start of that season. Danny Ward header for a point. Great away trip that was.
