My View: “ It looks like an easier “

It looks like an easier Nov. (1st four games) where we can expect to pick a lot of points and a tough Dec . Annis - we have a good squad “ON PAPER” .

Example : Millwall are above us ....... but they are a team composed of lower division players and/or “almost there” type players. I do not think they have one international (I mean today - some were but not any more). They are workman like and very organized and very tight in defence ....... but they f*cking can’t score. They have a tough very tall forward who is a danger but Morrison can handle him. They are the best team in the next four games ...... on paper we should WIN but then in football you never know and anything can happen .

Unlike many fans - I like Harris.... but I know very little about his leadership in the dressing room. He is following the Club’s policy .. and the Club’s present policy is to tighten the belt .

Ole, Malky were backed financially so was Warnock . Harris def not .... he’s done well with Moore , Wilson and Ojo .

Moore is a traditional number 9 and is effective at this level and to start with he is not a prolific scorer ...... but we are also not providing him with enough good crosses.

The 4-4-2 worked for us very well but that was against a weak(ish) team. Against better teams this may not work because they may overwhelm us in midfield. Wilson is easily our best player ...... but is still learning ... he is not a 90 minutes lad ..... not yet.

Do I expect us to progress up the table ? YES !

Top 6 by January ? Hmm...... probably not.

Which team turns up?

The Cardiff team who played a QPR side who hadn t scored in 5 but got 3
or the Cardiff team who played a BARNSLY side who were on a run albeit they had injuries, and scored 3

I am not convinced Harris can turn it around...we thought he had against Barnsly but...Bristol city slopppy pass first minute
chasing the game again
We have been behind in 7 out of 11 games

Surely if Harris was going to rectify this he would have done it by now

If they dont get a good return of points in the next 4 games we could be in real trouble by Jan. :bluescarf:
