:bluebird: No doubt board are twitchy over results - Harris is dedicated he is working hard took us to play offs narrowly missed out -this is a poor start - but still very early - meanwhile top two already looks unlikely - Warnock hits ground running - football so unpredictable -Good signings Moore Wilson -we were delighted with the window - crunch is imminent -Harris won't stay where he is not wanted - no doubt he is not on the wages a Pearson might demand - I think he deserves until at least Christmas

Eion Doyle worked as hard as I can remember a striker working, but the championship appeared a level higher than his ability to be effective and two levels for him to shine.

Judging someone's ability is difficult, most of our academy "starlets" have dropped from a big championship club to national league, market forces will always find your ultimate level.

I think when Harris does leave us he will be returning lower not higher in the pyramid. We aspire to be a least a yoyo club then you want a manager whose next role will be at a higher or at least a yoyo type manager.

Has anyone ever seen Livermore bellowing instructions, tactics from the side lines?

Only ever see him sat in dugout with his feet up.

Looks totally lost IMO, no direction and no idea im afraid.

Perhaps he is the root of the problem with his coaching.

Given recent performances and results i don't think the board would be doing their job if a potential replacement wasn't being lined up.

What is the significance of the headline ?
The contents have nothing to do with the board being split ???

Agree; the headline and content are misleading (at best)

Neil Harris on his discussions with Cardiff's board

I spoke to the board. We all want to win football matches. No one is more disappointed when we don’t win than me.

I take pride in my job and I’ve got a very privileged position at Cardiff City and I’ve come here to be successful and I want to win. I don’t need anyone reminding me of my duties at this club.

The board have been fantastic to me, they have been supportive and continue to be supportive. The owner knows I’m a winner and a fighter and I want to do that.

I have shown in my time here that even with a bad spell we come out the other side and quickly start to win games again and that is the aim now, starting tomorrow.
