Smithies with another outstanding game, not his fault for the goal he was let down by the defence, Wilson gets my vote though, worked tirelessly again from box to box and got a goal on his home full debut :ayatollah:

Smithies for me

That one save was world class

Smithies was absolutely brilliant in everything he did. Very lucky to have a keeper of his quality . If he carries this form on we will struggle to keep him in the championship.

This is going to be a close vote but I went for Smithies.

Gone for Harry Wilson, nobody really stood out massively. Smithies had a great save, which kept us in it. I must say after a nervy first half Bagan had a superb second half and he’s definitely going to be a good player for us. Moore was really poor when he came on though not sure he made a successful pass, and Ojo had another infuriating night. But all in all a good point against a very strong Bournemouth team.

Best keeper in the league. Mad we were on the verge of loaning him out last season. That shot he pushed onto the bar was world class.

Smithies too.

Wilson took his goal well. When others get in the same wavelength as him the little slides through will be delightful.

Can’t argue with that, Smithies for me. Brave as hell in the last minutes as well.
Thought Hoilett played well and put a shift in making a joke of the people saying his legs have gone!

Smithies kept us in it with that save. And brave towards end of game. Others as mentioned Wilson glatzel etc young Joe bagan deserves a mention as well

I think people mean his pace not his fitness . He's always been fit and runs all game.

I’m not sure that’s what some are saying.
He’s never been rapid though just quickish and tricky.

Smithies without a doubt.

Hoilett had a better showing, and Mozza did well along with Wilson.

I wouldnt say his fitness is anybissue at all. If anything he's probably one of the fittest at the club. His pace has definitely left him in the last year though he would be better off reinventing himself as a forward now rather than on the wing. He's certainly good enough

Smithies for me followed closely by Glazel and Wilson.
I think Ojo was out of it tonight but Hoilet played a lot better than of late.
A draw was a good fair result in the end.

Hoilett was good second half but awful first.

Good point in the end against a team that I expect to go up automatically. They still have Brooks and Josh King to come back into their side aswell which shows their strenghin depth.

Obviously Smithies was great but what a difference having a player like Harry Wilson in the team. Everytime he got the ball you felt something wad going to happen. Him and Tomlin have to start together especially at home where most sides will sit in and we'll need these 2 to unlock the defence.

Not sure about the Glatzel love in though I thought he offered nothing. I don't think he won a header all game. He ran a bit more than usual but that's about it.

What exactly was it he did to get you to say he played well ?

Did he try to get involved? Yes

Did he make any impact on the game as a striker ? No

He is a striker who had no shots on goal , didn't get in any goalscoring positions whatsoever and didn't at any stage even look like scoring.

Coming deep to control the ball then passing it off to another midfielder a few times doesn't cut it I'm afraid.

His work rate was better last night in ill give him that but as our striker he needs to get in positions to score or assist others and he does neither.

I would have voted for you,but didn't see your name on the list  :old: :bluebird: and I chose Glatzel as third choice,I thought he linked up well, not his fault he (as all our strikers) had very little service. :old: :bluebird:

I'm not the only person who thought Glatzel did ok,and I added the lol, because we all know you can't stand the player,on strikers, apart from 2 goals at forest, what has Moore done (besides lay a pass off for ojo) in the last few appearences? Not a lot,as he,and all our strikers have been suffering the same problem,no service,he came looking for the ball, which shows that!
