We are very happy to announce that 888 Sport has become Cardiff City FC’s first-ever training wear sponsor and global betting partner.



Friday 9th October 2020


A world-recognised brand, 888 Sport’s branding will feature on first-team training kit for the 2020/21 season, with the partnership offering Bluebirds supporters great sports betting odds and unique competitions for chances to win an array of prizes.

In support of the partnership, 888 will be involved in the launch of activation programmes alongside the club. Further details on these programmes will be released over the course of the campaign.

Guy Cohen, SVP Head of B2C at 888 said: “We’re delighted to announce this new partnership with Cardiff City Football Club and look forward to getting behind the club’s push to bring Premier League football back to the Welsh capital."

Cardiff City FC Executive Director & CEO, Ken Choo, added: “Once again, I’m thrilled that we have entered into a partnership with a world-recognised brand like 888 Sport. We’re very happy to have them with us for the season ahead and I look forward to seeing the opportunities they will help create for City fans.”

So they've been delighted to announce a new sponsor for the training kit and that the players will be using some fancy drink bottles.

It would be nice for them to be delighted to announce a new player or three.

Next week will probably be

"Cardiff City are delighted to announce.... that Andrex have agreed to sponsor all the toilets at the training ground including quality bog roll in all cubicles"
