For those who keep slating Neil Warnock, he can’t be that bad a manager.
1,500 games as a manager
In the Championship
Name me 6 managers with that many games under their belts, in fact make it easy for the slaters, name 2?
"I love the Championship!" says Neil Warnock, as the @Boro
boss prepares for his 1,500th game as a manager today.

For the Warnock slaters, how about name one manager in the Championship?

All his previous success as a manger doesnt change the fact that we were having a very poor season. We hadn't won away and hadnt managed back to back wins so were 14th in the league. It was time for him to go and he knew it, which is why he left.

He’s been an excellent manager but he couldn’t run quick enough when he realised he’d assembled a complete shower of sh*t of a squad and wasted millions of pounds. You can big him up all you want, But remember you are mostly watching his squad, and we now have manager having to pick up the pieces with nothing to spend.
He should have gone when we got relegated tp allow someone else to build. He knew he wasn’t staying.

I think you underestimate what was going on behind the scenes during and after the Sala incident and once he announced it was to be his last season (always an error to announce, as even Sir Alex Ferguson once realised)
The club hierarchy were less than supportive and were 'happy' to see him go weeks before he actually did; and Vincent Tan had suggested it twice before that, i.e. once we had achieved promotion, and shortly after the Sala incident, for which he (Tan) holds certain internal people directly responsible for their parts on the lead up
Nothing is ever as it seems; certainly at the CCS!

Even Fergie made mistakes in transfer maeket.
Wish Warnock was still here to be honest.

Great manager seems to have 2 to 3 season at a club then he leaves or gets sacked ,hes definitely the man you want to bring in to get you out of the shite

Warnock was what we needed at the time and he united the Club and took us back to the Premier League, nobody can or should ever want to take that away from him.
He also, having got us there, fully deserved the chance to manage us there and almost kept us up during what was nothing short of a tragic season for many reasons.
But he's gone now and whilst of course it's good to remember the good times it does no good to keep bringing him up everytime something happens at the Club that we as fans are not to sure about.
Neil Harris took over last season and did a fantastic job. We are in the very early stages of the new season, I for one at the moment still believe in Harris and the squad we have and think we will be right in the mix at the end of the season.
Let's give it some time, ok I get the frustration where maybe Harris toes the party line at times where maybe somebody like Warnock didn't but you can't compare it, it's apples and oranges.
Warnock at the end of his career, Harris trying his best to make his way in the game as a manager. Like most of us, he's not going to go against his bosses.
