Newport played some good football and were unlucky to go out on penalties! Flynn is doing a great job with a very small budget, perhaps we should have employed him after All?

Agreed. Considering they had a strong team out, they were awful.
Jonjo Shelvey, Jacob Murphy, Miguel Almiron, Jamal Lewis, Ryan Fraser and Andy Carroll all started with Callum Wilson and Joelinton also playing the last half hour.

the only really bit of quality was Shelveys goal.... then he goes running around Rodney Parade first with his hands to his ears and then did with the shhh finger to mouth having equalised against Newport in an empty stadium..
