Sean Morrison has just started his seventh season as a Cardiff City player.
The Bluebirds skipper has seen it all in the Welsh capital, from scrapping at the bottom of the Championship table to hitting the heights of the Premier League.
The 29-year-old was brought in by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is now captain under Neil Harris six years on, with three other managers having also been at the helm during that period.
He is probably best-placed, then, to offer his insight on the Bluebirds and his stellar career to date.
In an episode of the Sky Sports EFL podcast, Morrison talks us through his nickname, his best moment in a City shirt and other queries in the Ten to Tackle challenge.
SEAN MORRISON:
Here is what he said...
Q. What is your nickname?
"Most of the boys call me Mozza, I've been called Morro at different clubs, but here, Mozza. Nothing too clever."
Q. Who is your cleverest team-mate?
"Curtis Nelson, Nels is switched on."
Q. Who is not the brightest?
"My roomie, before lockdown, Joe Ralls. He's clever, but general knowledge and stuff like that, he's not the best."
Q. The highlight of your career?
"Probably two. Scoring a penalty for Huddersfield in the League One play-off final and getting promotion here a couple of seasons ago."
Q. Squad number and significance of it?
"No relevance with the squad number. Number four, when I first come here, the middle of August most of the squad numbers were taken so I ended up taking number 28 or 32.
"Number four became available the season after and the manager at the time asked me if I wanted to take it and I said 'Why not?'
"So number four and I've had it for five or six seasons, served me well."
Q. Which team do you support?
"I supported Plymouth and Arsenal as a youngster. Had Arsenal wallpaper.
"Growing up I had a season ticket at Plymouth but Arsenal was my Premier League team."
Q. Best player you've played with?
"Talent-wise, I would probably say Peter Whittingham.
"As a player he was probably at the end of his career when I came in terms of football.
"But what the man could do on the football pitch was incredible."
Q. What was your initiation song?
"It was Mario - Let Me Love You. Which is a bit of a disappointment really as it's a go-to, so it's not that exciting.
"I'd like to do it again. Will Smith - Miami. Get the place going maybe!"
Q. What makes Cardiff City so special?
"The fans. The city in general.
"It's a real passion around not only football but sports – rugby, cricket...
"It's such a well-supported club and we are missing the fans at the minute - we are missing them hugely as I'm sure every club are.
"But we can't wait for the doors to open and to get the Bluebirds fans back in because they really can push you over the line when you need them."
