Lack of leadership from the top. Warnocks fault really, should've pushed for it himself seeing as he was the one who let him leave.

Did he even want one? The guy would score 30 yard screamers and last minute winners and he wouldn’t celebrate. A whole 90 minute game with the sole objective being to honour him and his time at the club might not have been something he wanted.

i agree .. Warnock should defo make people who dont want a testimonial have one...
