not sure open spaces were a criteria as Luton was on the list of 10 for test events.. they pulled themselves off it with an hour or so stating inadequate time to repair.. i cant think of too many more enclosed grounds..
bit surprised them and Morcambe declined so quickly tbh as id have assumed the test events would have gone to clubs who had actually put themselves forward in the first place

Not sure they declined more like the council stopped them having fans attend.....I know the one game council stopped fans going so perhaps same for those two?
