Trying to buy matchpass for Saturday

I cannot remember or find my CCFC password to log-in and buy a match-pass to watch Saturdays game.
I have requested and received the e-mail to re-set it, but it only gives me option to change the password and still requires my old password.
I've been waiting a couple of days for the club to respond, with nothing to date.
Any ideas?

Not long after posting this; the club has now given me a new password.
As a result, I have purchased a match-pass for Saturday.
I expected to have some sort of code to input, but nothing on the email reply.
Do I simply go into 'club TV' live option; or is there more to it?

Email again asking procedure regarding voucher......but think when go on city tv to try watch game option to purchase is there try that now see what it says..
