Furious Real Madrid now want to 'kick out' Gareth Bale after he returns from Wales injured - reports

Gareth Bale was supposed to meet Zinedine Zidane to discuss his future today - but that meeting allegedly never took place

Real Madrid are reportedly growing increasingly desperate to get rid of Gareth Bale "at all costs" after the winger returned from Wales duty with a knee injury.

Bale's future at the Bernabeu has been the subject of increasingly intense speculation recently, amid suggestions there is no way back for him in the Spanish capital under boss Zinedine Zidane.

The forward was due to meet the Frenchman to discuss his future on Wednesday, but Spanish publication Deportes Cuatro claims that meeting never took place.

The same report claims Bale didn't train with the first team due to a knee problem and has not had any contact with Zidane, who has seemingly made it clear that he doesn't want to see the Welshman.

Bale's latest injury is believed to have enraged the club, who are now ready to "kick out" the former Spurs star, according to the reports.

They believe it to be yet another example of how Bale is more committed to playing for Wales than he is for the Spanish champions, who begin the defence of their title with a trip to Real Sociedad on September 20.

What player doesn't class playing for their respective countries, as the pinnacle of their careers?
Zidane has been an ass all through this, and has carried over his dislike/anger from when he was told bale was staying the last time,he threw his toys out then,
They are the ones who made up his massive contract, five years on a ridiculous wage,in order to tie him down to the club,if I were bale I'd try and get a move asap,if they are serious about getting rid at all costs, then pay him a years wage, and let him go on a free
Or for an affordable fee. :old: :bluebird:

Pay up his contact , in full.
Otherwise keep him , until his contract is up.
He plays for Wales , because Wales pick him .
He would play for Madrid if Zidane would pick him .

Firstly, ZZ has been a knobhead throughout this drama and Real Madrid are known for it but I must say personally Bale needs to be careful as his ** perceived** attitude throughout as portrayed by the Spanish media might put clubs off.

Beckham should get onto his old friend ZZ and cut a deal for Bale to head to Miami Utd or whatever they called!! Nice weather, plenty of golf courses and Wales get him back playing bloody football as at present he is poor very poor

Reports in the Telegraph, who are normally the most reliable when it comes to football news, that they're willing to pay 50% of his wages to help him leave.

Both parties desperately need him to leave.

It all comes down to what transfer fee they demand. Tottenham seem to be the front runners and Daniel Levy is never going to pay £80m+ for a 31-year-old.

Can't see any Premier team taking him on ned to be honest.

You're probably right, with the money involved.

Perhaps a move to China or USA is his best option if he wants to play regularly.

Latest is they are willing to pay half his salary now, could open the door a little wider for him? It's not ideal to have him rotting on the bench,or worse! Or perhaps pay him a year of the two left, and contract terminated, then bale gets some more payback with a signing on fee? Seems to me they will try anything, the one that raised my eyebrows, was the one where he allegedly refused to go to Manchester? Surely that is a sackable offence if true, and grounds for dismissal, for refusing to do your job?? :old: :bluebird:

Zidane used both refused to and preferred not to in that interview... then refused to elaborate when pressed saying it was a private conversation between the two of them { private but he went semi public } ..but yes a flat out refusal id imagine is sackable, which i think means Zidane has only partially told the story...

My point exactly, he is getting desperate, so is doing his utmost to provoke a response,in the hope bale does react and does something stupid, like headbutting him  he's a sly old dog is zidane
