Footy social distancing?

Just saw Whats required for the Brighton chelsea game in getting 2.5k fans in stadium? Yes only a test to see if it works which it did by all reports! But putting 8k+ in stadiums is not going to work using the system today you'd need several hours before ko to get them in ground in time for ko? Basically 3 seats gap between fans in one row.... Row behind same system so that fan sits between ones in front can you imagine trying to do that with 8k fans with families sitting together ect ... also masks in concourse areas unless eating or drinking but not required in main bowl... cannot see it working .

the whole test idea was nonsense from the start mate...
a test is allowing a reasonable amount in.. 2,500 for a premier league game and the clubs might as well call it a day now..

Get the idea but in reality it wont work simply because of the logistics of trying to sort out fans in time for ko? And as I've pointed out ccs is the best stadium in championship for space and in top 5 in country for club grounds!
How can expect to have social distancing in concourse areas when sardines would feel squashed! Tbh being in football stadium is the same as being on the beach or any holiday spot in warm weather .... but better than these protest marches for keeping distancing.. authorities lost plot on what constitutes a risk and how to deal with it.. :old:
