I actually found the article (Google station 164 racist to find what it's about).
To summarise using the daily star article: A woman runs a restaurant and puts toothpicks with Union flags on in meals (The flag is upside down but I'll gloss over that). Apparently they had complaints it was racist (the only complaint provided in the article was from someone who says they nearly choked on one). They then said they were closing.

To clarify, the breakfast itself was not mentioned as racist in the article.

lost count of the amount of headlines that have drawn me to then read an article only to find out that one has nothing to to with the other. one of many things that has changed for the worse.. seems to be no pride in journalism..

From the Daily Star? I would imagine the believability of it could be questioned.
What does the rest of the article say? That’s usually what I use to make a judgement on a situation.
