New cards only if you are new st holder or you've told club need new one? Otherwise card will be renued automatically start season.... city cash may take while to go on account but will be taken into account if buying shirt ect.

Pretty sure I heard that city cash was September (start of new season).

Old cards to be used but a new one can be requested at a cost to yourself, I you have lost or destroyed it

New Season Ticket Holders will get new cards in due course; likely in the next 7 days or so before the season starts (not that there will be any rush due to no supporters at the ground)

Nothing about when new seasons amount be available just that if renued st you wont lose unused city cash... but I do know that whilst it doesn't show new balance it will be done eventually, you can still purchase goods from shop and you'll be able to have full city cash credit entitled to ..

Old cards are a bit worse for wear so paid for new ones but noticed online still had old city cash balance lol.

Did someone say the 'digital pass' bit that added a couple of quid on the ST price was a virtual card? One you can scan from your phone. That would be a good idea. I'm always forgetting either mine or my sons.
