Confirmed: Osei-Tutu signs a one year loan deal for Cardiff City from Arsenal
Osei-Tutu is yet to play for the Arsenal first team and, as such, the club thought it best to send him out on loan last season.
He enjoyed regular game time with VFL Bochum in the German second tier, where his attacking prowess came to the fore.
All about him

UPDATED:
Osei-Tutu has travelled from London and underwent a medical with the Welsh capital club on Tuesday morning.
The 21-year-old Gunners product spent last season on loan at German second-tier club VFL Bochum, where he impressed.
The full-back, who can also play further up the pitch on the wing, is thought to be an attacking-minded player, having scored five goals for the German club last season.
No idea how reliable this is but out there right now
Jordi Osei-Tutu is currently undergoing a medical at the club this morning.
The Arsenal right back would sign on a 1 year loan.

Looking at the stats he played for VFL Bochum in Germanys second division last season scoring 5 in 21 appearances.
Although yeah, rumours are so unreliable ha

Glen Williams has put something similar up on twitter too.
Some arsenal fans rate him but can’t say I’ve ever heard of him or watched him play

Cardiff City to sign Arsenal right back Jordi Osei-Tutu on season-long loan
The Bluebirds are set to make their second signing of the summer
By Glen Williams
Cardiff City are closing in on signing Arsenal youngster Jordi Osei-Tutu on a season-long loan deal, WalesOnline understands.
The Bluebirds have made that right-back spot an area of priority following the acquisition of Kieffer Moore and it looks like they have found their man.
Osei-Tutu has travelled from London and underwent a medical with the Welsh capital club on Tuesday morning.

He certainly fits the bill in terms of what Neil Harris is looking for, a right back who can affect the game at the business end of the pitch as Dion Sanderson done during his loan spell last term.
It is understood that Sanderson is still part of the conversation for the Bluebirds, who could add another right back, as well as Orsei-Tutu, in the coming weeks.

Sanderson potentially not coming in I wonder?
Either Arsenal or Wolves won't want a player loaned to sit on the bench?

Perhaps he will be playing right wing?

Arsenal 'star' to join the bluebirds. Great news. The club can push forward with the right signings. Don't want to sound like a pedantic twit, but, many an Arsenal player's 'star' status shines brighter than this particular star I've never heard of!

But if you’d heard of him he’d probably be in or around the first team and completely out of our reach. He’s a youngster that they rate highly.

Sounds like he can play wide midfield and as a winger too but as it stands we need him purely as a full back. Some Arsenal fans think he is rated highly by the club but no one has seen him play as he has never played for the first team. It was suggested by some Arsenal fans that if you have not made it to the first team by the age of 22 you won't make it to the first team at all something we might take on board.
Might just turn out to be really good and as we don't have a right back an essential signing. Will bring the age profile of the team down too. Slightly worrying that he was loaned out to a German second division team not a great standard of football suggesting he was not seen as a future star but might still do a good job for us.

That has to mean Sanderson isn’t staying as the club can’t have 2 inexperienced right backs. Got to get in a RB with at least some football league experience, preferably championship

the bar for being referred to as a star gets lowered every year... as does the legend bar...
