All their signings are good since coopers come in as they are world cup winners several years ago ! But it's not planning for anything other than trying to get premier league at cheapest cost and take the money when get there.... having 6 players on loan means total overall if get promoted and that is not cheap getting 6 and more players to compete there.. it could also back fire so many youngsters in team/squad in championship..
