Negative Cardiff post after negative Cardiff post

Sun Aug 23, 2020 7:22 pm

It’s become apparent to me that it’s become popular for some of you on here to post so many negative story’s that are based on opinion and often rubbish journalism.

So many posts on here with negative story’s and the poster likes to add “Embarrising if true”, “The club is appalling for this” etc. From the Emiliano Sala fund that has a pointless story based off crap journalism, and then our own chairman getting flack for coming out and saying clubs in the EFL need more support (which is true I don’t care what you say). Won’t be long before the “Tan needs to go” posts go up no doubt.

I’m used to fickle opinions about players and managers and results when we get a run of losses and everyone throws their toys out of the pram. But there’s such a lot of negative energy on this forum particularly towards the Cardiff board and I’m confident enough to say it’s all unfair and based purely on speculation whatever it is.

Can we get back to fake transfer news, can’t stand seeing our great club getting tarnished by silly story’s and opinions that most of us don’t share.

The 'embarrasing if true thread' was really dissapointing, posted by a Jack and instantly made a sticky.

Didn't go the way he or others hoped though by the looks of it.

Come on lads, there's enough people out there who are willing to kick us without giving them extra fuel.

Fake news! It's fake ;) only jesting  I have said the same, every close season, threads like the aforementioned appear.
Even covertly with Harris imho.saying he isn't as honest as someone thought, because Harris says he is happy with the squad he has,and if he didnt believe the squad was good enough,he should be honest and say so??what manager comes out and says,my squad is piss poor, we might struggle to avoid relegation??
Some people will not take to tan,EVER.And that's fine, but I ask why would you attend the ground even,if you hate the man that much? Why put money his way (not my quote) Harris will have to pull up trees this season,or the:I told you so's will rip him a new one!! I've always admitted, I was not over joyed at his appointment, but said from the outset, I would give him time to mould his way of playing into the team, and see who he manages to add.well I've said it before,I am very pleased with what he has managed to do to date, long may it continue. :old: :bluebird:

Fully agree with you mate. Thoroughly pleased with Harris’s work so far. He’s been as good of an appointment as we could have hoped for. Again, I didn’t think that when he first got revealed either.

bit unfair..
two completely un connected threads... one was a posters opinion on an interview...the other an actual news story with quotes... i thought Carls piece was based on the notion our chairman was talking purely about Cardiff City.. personally i did not agree and thought he was talking about the wider issue of football in general... the Sala story was in the press and not made up by any poster... negative towards our club ? you bet. the doing of fans ? nope...
why on earth did he make these promises to a family of a player that was not ours... what about the Whitts fund ? im sure he has young children..
