Premier League are hopeful that they will be able to get 30% Capacity in their home stadiums in October.
But the Premier League Clubs are also of the opinion that NO away fans will be attending matches next season as they want to be able to serve the demand for their limited home capacities and their season ticket holders .
Also expected similar to happen in the Championship.

It may be possible to have some away fans at some grounds with a large capacity and small home attendance (MK Dons springs to mind), but travel to and from the game also needs to be considered.
