New kit delay?

Any one know any info on if and when the 20/21 kit is released? Almost every summer it feels like we are one of the last teams to release kit, and maybe miss out on shirt sales for the summer holidays, (which of course has been a bit erratic this COVID year!)

ive never understood a kit release being late..

The club are probably waiting to sign a few players first so they can show off the new kits.

Just had a reply to my email regarding release date of the 20/21 kit.
“A release date hasn't been confirmed just yet, but I would recommend keeping an eye online in the next few weeks for further information.“

Could have sold a lot of shirts over the summer holidays, a valuable income stream particularly during these testing times for clubs. And not the first time this has happened either. It feels like every club has had their home and away kits paraded for 2 or 3 months now, and that includes Adidas branded strips , so whose at fault here? Our marketing department? Adidas?

Are we keeping the away kit as it was never included in the sale?

The club shop inadvertently put it online a few weeks ago and quickly removed it. It’s the same Adidas template as the Ipswich kit. No idea why they are waiting so long to release it. My only thoughts are maybe they have tried to change it last minute as the one that appeared on the online store was very boring.

yes I saw that, it looked a fake, as it was the Ipswich jersey from their unveiling advert, with the exact shadows and creases with a city badge overlayed over the Ipswich one. As the email says, don't hold your breath, another few weeks at least, Chelsea will have their 2021/22 kit out by then!

It'll become the 3rd kit.

It will probably be one of these, from current Adidas team wear 2020/21. which one do you like best????

The second to last one is the best of a not very interesting bunch. It in yellow with blue bubbles on the arm would be a nice away kit.

Have to agree,I do quite like it,and your idea for away kit

The 1st AND last kits look the best. Im not a fan of the german inspired looking kit. I personally would love a thin white striped home kit. AND I would LOVE IT if our away kit was Yellow And Blue. I love the 2 colours together.
