Promotion will be a great help this season presume the other 12m as gone on running costs for club.. ameliano Money as been put aside according to accounts and Dalman.... better position than lots of clubs especially in current climate.

Allan,

Yes we need promotion this year :bluebird:

The budget last season was one of our lowest for years , many players were also able to be offloaded and sent out on loan and fair play to Neil Harris he did fantastic, now we need to actually get there again :thumbright: :bluescarf:

NH awesome turnaround in team performance particularly since return to action after break

I cannot wait for the dust to settle on the transfers in and out as I'm sure NH knows what we need for a return to the top flight as Champions :bluebird: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Allan, it certainly could be a lot worse and under the circumstances we appear to be in a better comparative state of health than many of our competitors

I don't think any team in the Championship will spend 'big' this season (maybe not until the Christmas window) and with our current squad, I think that helps us a lot

Dare we say it; we appear to have a stable club with good management on and off the field and the debt, if I've read the statement correctly, has reduced substantially with Vincent Tan seeing £33m of his loan repaid to him

I'm looking forward to this season and the day we can go back into the stadium; but maybe more importantly, it looks like under Vincent Tan we are in a stable position for the immediate years ahead, too

We've just got to be happy with that, surely? :thumbright: :ayatollah:

100% agree lots of clubs will end up in financial trouble so we should be thankful to be stable

Stable and competitive in the championship - I’ll take that thank you very much.

Realistically, that is what we should all want. No doubt some fans will not be happy unless we are splashing the cash though.

We just need to start bringing players in/through who we then sell on for profit. Without promotion that is the only way to remain sustainable
