Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey is unwanted by new Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo and is set to leave this summer, according to reports.
The Mirror say Ramsey will be told he can leave Turin as part of a big summer clear-out, putting Manchester United on alert.
The Premier League club have been strongly linked with the former Arsenal man in recent months. They are looking for reinforcements in the coming weeks as they bid to challenge Liverpool and Man City for the title next year.
Ramsey, 29, started only 11 Serie A matches last season and is said to be on £250,000-a-week after his free transfer move last year.
Juve are reportedly keen on trying to bring Paul Pogba back, with Ramsey previously being linked with being part of any deal.
Pirlo's former teammate Luca Toni told TuttoSport: "Knowing Andrea, he will start building from midfield. The ideal gift would be Pogba. I don't know if that's possible, but it would certainly be the best option."
Pirlo was announced as the new Juventus head coach on Sunday to replace Maurizio Sarri.
The Italian also wants to offload Gonzalo Higuain, Sami Khedira, Daniele Rugani and Mattia De Sciglio
