To be fair it’s more to do with keeping the price down. I don’t think we’re in a situation as a club where we’re desperate for players. Why pay over the odds just to get a quick transfer. The way I see it worst case scenario we have 90% of the squad from last season, and test out some youngsters if we can’t get any transfers for good value.

Think we’re only really missing Danny Ward really, good impact player but realistically I don’t think it would define our season if we get a like for like replacement for him or not, especially if we give some youngsters a go. (And if the youngsters aren’t up to it, I still think our squad is good enough for playoffs and possibly a top 2 push with more time for Harris to implement his philosophy)

Not a rumour but somebody I'd really like us to move for is Niko Williams of Liverpool. Quality young Welsh full back, in an area we need to strengthen. Would be a great loan addition.
