Disgusting. The people involved should be fined for ignoring the advice to socially distance AND get a fine for scrapping and also those animals leaving behind their filthy waste fined too. CCTV aplenty to sort this.

Morons.

Always going to Have trouble when teenagers meet up for drinks but not sure what attraction of the bay is at moment... as for rubbish that typical of the age group cant be bothered to take home see it all the time..... but doesn't help when council wont empty bins or collect rubbish until everyone as gone home ? Thats their policy regarding the bay..

Shocking images.

Stephen Doughty is right and more powers should be given to police.

A minority of young people who have caused trouble in public spaces since lockdown was eased are spoiling it for the majority, it is claimed.

The BBC spoke to a number of small groups enjoying a quiet drink in the sun at Cardiff Bay's Roald Dahl Plass.

Two people in their 20s were arrested after a large gathering at the weekend.

Welsh government minister Eluned Morgan has said there is evidence young people are not taking coronavirus as seriously as others.

Since the easing of lockdown restrictions, hundreds of young people have been gathering, drinking alcohol in large groups in Cardiff Bay.

Cardiff Council said it had removed 28 tonnes of waste at a cost of £4,000.

my parents would "lose" me every year in Barry.

Some 4 hours later they'd collect me from the lost kids hut/free babysitting service.

They always seemed pleased to see me and smelled of alcohol.
