City cash / club account...... please help!

I purchased a season ticket around two weeks ago and received a confirmation email.
This morning I've gone into my account to check on my 'City Cash' account and it shows as ZERO.
I also looked at ''Transactions' and the last transaction made was some time around June 2019. Not sure if my account has now gone out of date???
I have contacted the club via email but just wondered if anyone who's a bit more techno savvy than me (not hard!!) may have some tips.

Suspect it just hasnt been added to you city cash account yet! Just need to be patient like everything else things taking longer to get done..... so just keep eye on it and enquire about it if and when want to use it? Seems to be lot of little problems at moment..

Allan seems to me that they are swamped, with having the refunds, academy refunds, money off new season tickets and the new season tickets, themselves. Quite a busy time for the ticket office and only now have they been fully staffed. Also when the new season starts, they will have to refund the new season ticket holders for the games that are played behind closed doors. It is a nightmare scenario I for one would not like to be working in the ticket office at this time, good luck to those that are

They’ve actually just emailed back and said that it had t yet been added but I have the credit.

Thought was the problem not the 1st time it at least you know.

Apparently if you have outstanding cash that runs out end August as long as you've renued st this coming season it will be added to your city cash amount for whole coming season

That seems reasonable. I didn’t have any from last year but at least I know my £20 is safe

Andrew, I put something out a day or two ago that gives a date for the 'new' City Cash being added to your account and the 'old' (unused from this season) being removed

I’m not in any rush to spend it but just thought it odd when I saw that it wasn’t there.
