Trying to renew ST in different seat

I'm trying to move from Ninian to Canton and the stadium map says the seat i'm trying to move to is available but as soon as i try to checkout it tells me its reserved. Am i able to move seats at the moment or do i have to renew my current one & wait for early bird to finish before i can move?

Difficult one this... personally I would book my normal seat as getting anything done at moment , then when things get more normalised can try swapping it then... this is of course dont get promoted then wont be able to do anything. ...

Seems a lot of people have had a variety if issues and I can only relate to a friend of mine who said he could renew his own ticket but not his wife's...
He contacted the club, who gave him an explanation and said that they would note the issue and honour his discount when it is sorted in the next wee or so (after the 'Early Bird' deadline)
Can't fault them for that and assume anyone else with a genuine issue will receive the same service?

Wasn't there a post with an email address for changing seats? Think it might've been a message from Vince?

Yes there is one floating around recently....
But best advice is get it now just incase we go up otherwise chaos will follow
