We were relegated with 36 points from the Premier League last season. Villa stayed up with 35!

I think we were relegated with 34 points.

They got lucky with decisions.

Should have lost at Sheffield United but the goal line technology didn't work.

We conceded a goal that was a mile offside which cost us probably a win and certainly a draw.

You were relegated with 34 points.

36 points is the real 40 points TBH. 40 points is a myth that some of the media still like to propagate.

You were relegated because you had the least points in the division, irrespective how many there was.

Think we would have been relegated on goal difference. Not bad when some so called experts had us to go down with a record low.

You went down with 34 points? I’m unsure why everyone is so confused by this.

You wouldn’t have stayed up with 34 points.

You are correct here but not when you said we had the least points in the division.

Just to please our ever nose poking jack friends we probably wouldn't have won at man u had there been something on it as they wouldn't have given their youth a chance that day. However does any of this really matter?

Nothing to be confused about. Watford and Bournemouth had 34 points. If our goal difference was better we would have stayed up.

I didn’t say you had the least points in the division. Not once.
