You have stated that fans will get a city cash refund (or equivalent) for games forced behind closed doors, yet there is nothing on the website I can find?

Is this official or something you are aware will be happening soon? This is the major sticking point for me and I am sure many others. I want to buy a ticket but not under the current advertised conditions.
