Why couldn’t our ticket office taken calls for st

Thu Jul 23, 2020 4:01 pm

Don’t understand why the club didn’t have the ticket office to take calls for season ticket holders to renew there season tickets yes I know you could do it online but many fans have no internet or are not very good at doing things online lucky for me my wife is up to speed on all this as I would have been struggling to renew surly they could have easily been a metre or two metres apart in the ticket office people in supermarkets have worked right through this pandemic my wife as worked right through it as well and she works in an office

I was told fones be open next week sometime for st sales obviously lose the early bird cash reward .. but probably dont have staff to cover influx of enquiries due to 2mtr social distancing that still is in place in Wales .. have you seen how small and congested ticket office is? It's not designed or suitable for spacing and handle amount of calls expected need all the staff not a couple of them

The ticket office never use all the booths in there anyway there’s only about three of them in there at a time I’ve seen it for myself and it’s always had big screens in there between the girls and the customers there’s plenty of room in there they really should have opened it up

I said the same fella in an earlier post. Let’s face it, our clubs had four months to sort this out,,, and whoever’s in charge of tickets, commercial, or whatever else,,,,!

They certainly do not have just 3 booths opened on 1st day of st sales same as dont have couple of people taking fone calls... why do you think lots people working from home who work in offices city is no different. Because need to keep a distance plus how many are shielding? Have you tried contacting a business recently bet it's not easy why because workers are at home not in office taking fone calls.... as I've said told by employee fones should be open sometime next week after this initial rush as gone hence only online sales at moment sure club stated this when put out notice so why is it a surprise?
