A very good article dealing with issues that are symptomatic of our times.
The last paragraph is a bit of a contradiction though. How can the police be "devoid of ideas" of how to resolve the matter if they don't respond to calls to 101 in the first place. Surely if these boy racers are plaguing the same areas time and again, the police should be able set a trap for them, impound their vehicles, help keep them off the road permanently or until they grow up and thus improve the lot for the town's beleaguered residents.

There are 4/5 bungalows and houses in Coed Cea Lane, it's the main Rd for all the industrial estates maybe more cctv is needed. Ponty village you don't see boy racers more likely to see them speeding through Ystradowen at night

Its not what happens though is it? Police so rarely employ the powers they already have. Feel very sorry for those feeling effected as quality of life is being diminished.
