I thought that the £71 referred discount would be added at the end of the transaction and it wasn’t.
I’ve just paid £331.50 and can now see under ‘vouchers’ my £71.50!!!
I’ve emailed the club so hopefully they can sort from within. To be fair they’ve been very helpful so far.
Anyone else been as idiotic as me ??

In fairness it's not best site to navigate took me several goes to get it right! But the refund vouchers was easiest bit.....

I’m not computer savvy, and I didn’t think the online site was particularly user friendly. I much prefer to purchase my tickets in person at the office,,,, even over the phone would be helpful. I understand the situation, but surly there could and should have been a decent telesales system in place by now?

I can’t see any reason why they can’t sort it for us tbh.

Club just got back to me - I can’t be refunded but it basically stays in my account and I can purchase tickets on it.
