Cardiff make the play offs as they relegate Hull City and a shock by Cardiff’s rivals as Swansea beat Reading 4-1 and Forest lose 3-1 and make the play offs as well.

The Jack's result has taken the edge off the evening. Total fluke and dont deserve it. Hope Brentford hammer them.

We’ve been here before and look at how that turned out.

Reading and Forest beaten by those down west - how coincidental.

They really have so much luck. All those loan players and that old man Routledge.

I’m not feeling bitter enough at them raining on our parade so I’m going to suck on a few more lemons.

Bringing players in and keeping ones from previous seasons isn’t luck though is it.

Is it down to luck that you signed the players you did? Or is it only lucky when we do? :D

So the dive outside the box at Forest wasn’t a lucky penalty then?

So the Bristol player missing a penalty wasn’t good luck then?

So facing ten men tonight for most of the game wasn’t good luck then?

Hope Brentford recapture their form and blitz away those plastic players.

Come on, luck plays such a small role in making the play offs. There’s 46 games in a season and you cannot fluke that many games. Well done to both Cardiff and Swansea on making the play offs, and what an embarrassing night for Forest. Absolutely over the moon for Nathan Jones and Luton tonight too - they’ve shown amazing fight since the restart.

Onto Fulham next, they looked devastated at their full time whistle so let’s take advantage of that :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Of course not. It’s not luck that someone gets so frustrated that they slap one of our players and get sent off. Boro, Reading, Fulham and Birmingham have had red cards against you this season.. is that luck?

Someone missing a penalty against you at some point in the season isn’t good luck either, it’s expected. 24% of penalties are missed.

That’s the issue here, these are expected events that happen every year. It’s not lucky, it’s football.

Over 46 games you finish where you deserve to. Anyone stating luck is either extremely bitter or an idiot - or possibly both.
