Has anyone has problems watching the match on your computer? My sister wants to buy a pass but doesn’t want to waste money if it doesn’t work properly. She hasn’t got a iPad or tablet etc. She did buy a now tv pass to watch a match and it wouldn’t work on her computer which was frustrating so she ended up watching it on her mobile. Think it’s up to date windows etc but I’m rubbish with computers. Any help would be appreciated!

I was kinda hoping that our match would be on sky but that doesn’t like it’s going to happen.

Could be the browser some dont work well maybe good idea to see if they have trouble shooting bit that will say if certain browsers dont work

I love used google chrome for every available game so far, no lag, no stream issues at all, and at most about a minute behind live. Just turn your phone off when you’re watching it . But yeah I’ve had zero problems so chances are the people who complain about the issues have a poor connection speed, or did at the time and didn’t realise.

I had a nightmare too with it on Saturday....would not load the game after I had paid and wasn’t the computer as I keep it updated etc....logged on my iPhone and then my computer began loading after 20 mins.
Really frustrating but hopefully a one off....

It's strange how some effected and other are not! I used it no problem other than slightly behind in real time so ssn gave score before I saw goal...

Ok Thanks will tell her to take a look at what browser she’s using and go for google chrome or something. I guess she could always do the audio pass if not as it looks like that can be accessed via her mobile.

I’ve been purchasing tv passes to watch on my iPad for years and never had a code. I literally just purchase it and they send me a receipt via email. It’s then good to go..I just sign in 30 mins before and search for the live video stream of the match. Ithink there maybe codes for people redeeming their ST refund etc.

Cheers bud will check on the browser for her that she’s using. I’m absolutely rubbish with computers...I’m more of a device (iPad, iPod, iPhone) type of guy lol

My problem is with the guff that the commentator and analyst come up with.
