Did you ever think you'd be in this position when you arrived?
NEIL HARRIS:
"We hoped. That was the idea when I came in, that was the board’s vision, to come in and galvanise the group to get to the play-offs.
"No promises were made, there was a little bit of hope and belief, but it’s a good group that’s been put together and potential to do well.
"I’d have been delighted to be in the position we are now back in November. But the closer you get, the more you want something.
"It’s a winning mentality, I want to be successful."

Will experience come into it?

"Yeah of course it does. Experience of big-game mentality. Experience after 44 games is vital for my staff and the players.
"But we have got to get there first.
"It’s about the right mentality and game plan and against Derby they had that."

Fair play NH and the players have got us within touching distance of a play - off spot

Whatever league we're in, look forward to our football with Harris in charge next season.
