Cardiff City to battle Celtic and Millwall for Wigan winger
Thursday 16th July 2020
Cardiff City are showing a "big interest" in signing Wigan winger Jamal Lowe, according to reports.
It is as yet unknown which division they will play in or indeed how much funds will be available this summer, but this will be Neil Harris' first summer transfer window and he will doubtless want to reshape his squad in his own vision.
Interest in Wigan players is thought to be mounting after the club fell into administration, meaning they will be hit by a 12-point deduction.
Harris has already revealed the Bluebirds are in the market for a right back when the window opens, but he may well be looking to adjust his squad in other areas.
The Daily Mail report that Cardiff, along with Millwall and Scottish champions Celtic, are keen on signing 25-year-old wide man Lowe this summer.

I'm not sure about him but I'd bet that we would be after Jed Wallace if he is a available

We were linked with him in the summer I think. He seems to be involved in stats (goals/assists) whenever I see Wigan’s scores (mind you, that’s not very often)

I like him personally, and yes he is high on wigan status lists, and would be an ideal replacement for junior Hoilett imho.because although he scored in last game,Hoilett has been ghosting of late imho, maybe fatigued?

This is the Guy who tore us apart this season at home. Would be a very good signing

Would be a good signing in my opinion. He would probably pick Celtic over Cardiff and Millwall and Cardiff over Milwall unless he wanted to move back to London. If either of us got promoted to the premier he would pick Cardiff or Millwall over Celtic. Seems to be a late developer as he played most of his early career in the lower divisions or non league.

If he did come here he would be a replacement for one of the other wingers which could well be Josh Murphy

well you might not look often but if you did youd have noticed Wigans record since Christmas is 2nd only to Brentford.
